Women Entrepreneurs and Better Conditions, Better Business Launch            April 4, 2007

The Minister Assisting the Prime Minister for Women’s Issues, the Hon. Julie Bishop MP, along with Minister for Tourism and Small Business, the Hon. Fran Bailey MP jointly launched two exciting new publications Women Entrepreneurs and Better Conditions, Better Business, today, at the Ian Potter Art Museum at the University of Melbourne

Women Entrepreneurs highlights the experiences of a remarkable group of women small business owners.  The publication looks at some of the key challenges that women face in business, and more importantly shows how they have overcome adversity.

Better Conditions, Better Business looks at carer and family friendly provisions offered by small and medium enterprises, with positive results found for both employees and employers.
